I think one of the biggest trends in our industry is how every new chip generation keeps getting more efficient, more capable, and more advanced. What really excites me is knowing that the next wave could bring optical chipsets, and maybe even quantum computing will step in. It feels amazing to be right in the middle of all these new developments shaping the future.

With our additional investor, we are targeting to grow on a global perspective, not only covering Europe and North America as we do today, but also entering the Asian market together to ensure a global growth perspective and covering all major markets around the world.

Sustainability in our industry is closely linked to electricity consumption, making process efficiency a key focus. We work step by step to optimize every area, some changes are big, others small, like switching from hand to robotic soldering, but together they have a tremendous impact. At the same time, CSR is part of our daily work, from process improvements to reducing our carbon footprint, which often aligns with economic benefits.

We expect that AI is and will be shaping our industry in all kinds of aspects from documentation over task tracking edge of project management up to even programming of equipment and automatic detection of failure with optimized strategies of resolving them. We are already putting a lot of efforts in analyzing what can be done today and how can we be ready for the next steps to come.
